1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Naqir Gift Box mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App & User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old or under the supervision of a parent or guardian to place orders through the App. When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

3. Products & Ordering

Naqir Gift Box offers premium date boxes, date trays, and handcrafted gift collections assembled in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Product descriptions, availability, and images are displayed accurately. All prices are listed in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. By placing an order, you confirm that all purchase details provided are accurate and authorized.

4. Payments

Payment for orders is due in full at checkout. Orders are currently placed using Cash on Delivery (COD) within Saudi Arabia. Additional payment methods may be introduced in future updates.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates (typically 1–2 business days within Riyadh and 2–4 business days for other regions). Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of date products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped, unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact customer support within 48 hours with order details and photographs. Non-perishable gift box packaging items may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt in original, unused condition.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, product photography, trademarks, brand names ("Naqir Gift Box", "نقير التمر"), logos, box designs, graphics, and software code within the App are the exclusive intellectual property of Naqir Gift Box and are protected by applicable Saudi Arabian copyright and trademark laws.

8. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access to our servers, reverse engineer application code, submit false order information, or engage in any fraudulent activity.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in Saudi Arabia, Naqir Gift Box shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App, shipping delays by third-party couriers, or temporary service interruptions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
